    1. INTRODUCTION

    Welcome to iREACH Entertainment, a multimedia entertainment company located at 118 Okpanam Road, opposite Legislators Quarters, Behind Carlisie Hotel, Asaba, Delta State. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including but not limited to live recording studio, music production, rehearsal space, podcast studio, video-shooting, talent management, and video production, jingles and voice overs

       

        1. USE OF SERVICES

      2.1. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

      2.2. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

      2.3. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to us is accurate and complete.

         

          1. PAYMENT TERMS

        3.1. Payment for our services must be made in advance, unless otherwise agreed upon.

        3.3. Refunds are provided at our discretion and only in cases where we fail to deliver our services as agreed.

           

            1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

          4.1. All intellectual property rights in and to our services, including but not limited to music, videos, and podcasts, remain the property of iREACH Entertainment.

          4.2. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or display any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

             

              1. LIABILITY

            5.1. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of your use of our services.

            5.2. Our liability for damages shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by you to us.

               

                1. GOVERNING LAW

              These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

                 

                  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

                Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.

                   

                    1. CHANGES TO TERMS

                  We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services shall constitute your acceptance of any changes to these Terms.
